PASS provides full-service pipeline installation for oil, gas and water supply, as well as industrial applications; bound to the highest standards for durability and safety. We have expertise installing more than 100 km of pipelines ranging from 700mm to 3000mm in diameter, made from carbon steel, up to 17mm thick.

We manage every stage of the process from soil surveys and feasibility studies to final hydrotesting:

• Performing geological surveys of the terrain to determine the optimal pipeline route
• Designing anchoring and support systems to withstand expected soil and seismic forces
• Securing all required permits from municipalities and regulatory bodies
• Mobilizing the required equipment, including welding machines, NDT testing instruments and hydrotesting pumps
• Sequence and schedule the installation to minimize disruptions to the local community
• Control dust, noise and other potential impacts during construction
• Stringently following health and safety guidelines to protect workers and the public
• Conducting thorough inspections and tests at each stage to identify and correct any issues before proceeding
• Training and certifying welders, NDT technicians and other specialized pipeline workers to international standards
• Providing around-the-clock support during installation and commissioning
